Describe the bug
Tamper protection & uninstall window can be bypassed by disabling device admin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Device Administrators.
3. Click on 'Mindful' app.
4. Disable it. The app can now be forced stopped & (presumably) uninstalled despite outside uninstall time window.

It is also noted that this bypass can also be triggered in the app info page, as clicking 'Uninstall' while device admin is active leads the user to a page where the device admin can be deactivated and the app uninstalled.

Expected behavior
It is expected that the user is stopped at some point prior to disabling device admin outside of the time window.

I know, it is working as intended but soon i will add the ability to prevent user from disabling it from both app usage and device settings but it will need accessibility permission.

I will try to add this in the mext update. Hope you will understand
