Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While I was in focus mode, something suddenly came to my mind, and I started writing. This caused me to lose focus.

Describe the solution you'd like

To prevent this, a "forced focus mode" can be created, similar to the non-deletion mode. However, it should be possible to exit the mode in case of an emergency.

Added the enforce mode for the session and the already implemented emergency is global so no worry.
