Logowanie będzie rzadko wykorzystywane w związku z zapamiętywaniem użytkowników.

Myślę, że wystarczy zwykły input na maila, checkbox"zapamiętaj mnie" i przyciskk "zaloguj"

pod inputem czerwona czcionka na tekst "nieprawidłowy użytkownik", w wypadku błędnego logowania.
