Add language/technology icons below sections

for each section based on description add icons for mentioned language/icons

can/should we use 'react-icons' ? or lonely img/svg ?
Or add only (without icons) something like #react ,#python in likely css

I'll check if icon set we have (https://materialdesignicons.com) will be sufficient, if no react-icons could be a way to go - if it covers all needed icons
