Trzeba napisać treść powitalnego maila i zaimplementować jego wysyłanie w api/src/auth/manager.py w metodzie on_after_verify na miejscu komentarza # TODO.

          Może trzeba zrobić taska na to żeby potem nie zapomnieć że to tutaj wisi
