cargo install --git https://github.com/gtk-rs/gir gir
gir -m normal -d /usr/share/gir-1.0/ -o .

とした上で、

[options]
library = "IBus"
version = "1.0"
target_path = "."
min_cfg_version = "3.0"
external_libraries = [
    "GLib"
]

としてみたが、思ったよりメソッドがきれいに生成されるわけではなさそう。
