Large catalog

Hi,
On the same project than my previous issue (migration 1.7 EE hybrid storage to Akeneo 2.0), I'm trying to migrate 400k products.
Today I can process 4k products by hour approximately, : it means that I will need 100 hours for the whole catalog ! Is Transporteo a suitable tool for large projects ? Can we increase/optimize the speed of the process ?
Moreover everytime we shutdown process and relaunch it, it clears the database and starts again from zero :/ Is there a way to keep in memory the products which have already been migrated ?
