Enhance Event Schedule Cards with Hover Animation

Issue Description: I noticed an opportunity to improve the user experience in the event schedule section of the website, particularly for the three events: Workshop on AI, Programming Competition, and Network Section. Currently, the event cards do not have any interactive features. I propose adding a hover animation to these cards using HTML and CSS, which will make the section more engaging and visually appealing.

Proposed Solution: I will implement hover animations that will:

• Slightly increase the size of the card (a "scale-up" effect) when hovered.
• Add a smooth transition for the scaling effect for a polished look.
• Optionally, I can add a subtle shadow effect to emphasize the card as it expands.

I will achieve this using only HTML and CSS without impacting the current functionality of the website. If this proposal aligns with the project vision, @akhileshverma92 please assign this issue to me under Hacktoberfest so I can start working on it.
