Make navbar fixed and add register, about, contact links on the same navbar

Currently the navbar only shows when user is that top most part of the webpage.

Solution:
I want to create the navbar fixed to top, so it will remain at the top regardless of what the scroll position is. Also I want to add "Register", "About", "Contant" links on the same navbar.
