What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Furigana Injector in Firefox 4.08b
2. Install HTML Ruby add-on as suggested.
3. Re-open Welcome page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The paragraph that suggests to download a Ruby add-on should be deleted. 
Instead, it still remains.

Needs to be fixed to release in Firefox 4.0.*

Note: new API available in Gecko 2 / Firefox 4:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Addons/Add-on_Manager/AddonManager

Using this will require setting min version to 4.0 as well.
