Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As appdev, I want to store large assets in zillabase.

Acceptance criteria

  • Support filesystem style storage over HTTP(S) read GET and write PUT operations
  • Support pluggable FileSystem providers via zilla filesystem binding

Additional context
Impacts AsyncAPI http protocol specification generation.
