Pending purchases still to be managed

I have an app for which the product is a virtual currency, but the bookstore does not recognize the purchases that are approved later and does not know whether to deliver the credits to the user. I would like to take into account to implement the pending purchases for consumable products as currencies where one must execute a function if the purchase is made later.
