UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xef in position 6: ordinal not in range(128)

This is the error i get when i run this on my system, searched all over to solve the problem, did not seem to help myself,
Please if you can suggest something to me, tthat would be very helpfull.
