The checklist should include the following changes:

Replace transferred step for forked.
Add step to assign uuid before Setting up Quay.io
Replace path to binder: http://mybinder.org/v2/gh
In PRE-REVIEW
- add close notebook idea
- add "Provide details of the notebook using cloc"
