webview is not properly accessible with screenreader

hello. i just tried the webview for rust. however i couldn't view it using screenreader: (a piece of software for the blind people that reads the screen contents and user actions using Tts.). the main problem is that chromium and electron webviews are unfocused by default and we must focus on a web element to navigate with the arrow or tab keys. however i can focus on a web item using NVDA screenreader's builtin object navigation, but a user must be able to navigate using standard keys.
what to do in this case?
i'm issuing this also with wxpython webview.
