Select list impossible to read in dark mode

When I use the site with my browser in dark mode, I have problems displaying the select list. The text is white on a white background which makes it impossible to read. I use chrome as my browser.

I tried again, but it still does the same thing (I also tried clearing the cache).

I've fixed the issue in #89.

It appears that this issue isn’t isolated to this site, as other users have reported similar problems on different sites as well. This issue doesn't affect Safari on macOS, as it uses a custom select box, so it’s not reproducible there. But the fix should do it for Chrome/Edge/Firefox browsers.
