Better handling of write permissions

At the moment, write permission is asked too many times.

For example in fizzy cfg edit it should be allowed to edit the files in read-only mode.

Steps

• Identify when we can get rid of requiring write permissions
• Don't require write permissions in that cases (maybe print a warning?)
