Adding new entities from the properties panel doesn

When you create a new entity from the properties panel on the right hand side of the network diagram panel it does not create a link between the entity you created and the entity from where you are creating the new item.

Steps to reproduce (in Aleph):

1. create a new network diagram
2. create a new trip entity
3. select the entity
4. In the right hand panel add a new end location.
5. Create a new entity for the end location
6. Save
7. Observe that although the two nodes are displayed, no connection between them is shown.
8. Refresh the browser
9. Observe that the connection between the two nodes is now displayed
