NumericUpDown expands right-out forcefully instead of customizably

It should be customizable for designs which the numericupdown might be near a rightmost bound, such as in groupbox esk designs or the right edge of the window.

I understand UI is handles topleft positioning wise, but if toggles the actual design could be offset from the root pos to accound for expanding left instead of right.
