thanks! found this (phalcon 3?) issue:

Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to Phalcon\Mvc\Model::validate() must implement interface Phalcon\Mvc\Model\ValidatorInterface, instance of Phalcon\Validation given in /home/filffjia/demo.yonacms.com/app/modules/Admin/Model/AdminUser.php on line 61

yes, phalcon 3 related,
right now demo website works with phalcon 2
