Configure build for windows executables

Where is the .exe? It won't boot up on my laptop.

@R3CKLE5S , because this piece of software started out as a small hobby project, it was never meant to be distributed as standalone executable file. It is still untested on many platforms, so an .exe file would be expected to be faulty, depending on a system where you run it.

Soon, I will look into it and publish a github release. Until then, I can only recommend you trying to download this project files, installing pytthon, required libraries, and running it yourself.

If you encounter any specific error messages or faulty behaviour, feel free to create a new issue with the error message and your system's properties, and I'll try and help you troubleshoot this issue. Good luck!
