Так как приложению нужно создавать/изменять/удалять файлы, то необходимо расширить права для папки в которой будут проходить такие процессы.
в файле [phpdump]/init_php_dump.php для переменной $dump_fields['path'] пропишите путь к папке и назначьте права чтения/записи (rw-rw-rw-) для любых пользователей .
