Loci order in baseline and test data

first of all thanks for this amazing tool. I just have a quick question: do the order of the loci needs to be the same on the baseline and test data?

Hi Enrique, the order of the loci in your baseline and test data should not matter. Just make sure the same loci between your data have identical names. The loci with inconsistent names will be excluded for analyses. Thanks.
