• image names in sequences can be with extension, e.g. cam1.test2_#.tif and then # will be replaced by the frame number in sequences
• new button Save to Paraview writes a new set of output files, copies of ptv_is.# files into .txt files that are compatible with Paraview set of points.
• rgb2gray option is included and merged from previous pull requests
• enthought deployment manager edm is used for easier installation of enable, the rest is installed through pip
