It does not install :(

I (Win 7,64) dld win.zip and run install.bat.
It creates the folder com.mybrowseraddon.node with node.exe.
But after that when I want to download anything (addOn v. 0.1.1) I still get the message: "An error occurred .. native client patch is installed .."
Elsewhere I read that there should be an IDMan.exe which is definitely not on my pc.
Please help to clear that mess.
