API origin not linked to repo documentation

The current on domain documentation does not link to the official repo documentation.
Furthermore it could be more descriptive.
I have made a PR which links this repos documentation to the root domain - and added some descriptions to each route.
This will allow some hosting sites to whitelist the API domain for external requests, eg: pythonanywhere.com
