rds是基于mysql库开发的，但在readme中没有体现相关配置。这样对于由前端进入nodejs开发的同学来说，可能就会忽略了这些东西。建议添加完善配置说明，或者追加mysql库的说明文档链接。

对的 比如时区设置 我现在数据库用的aws上的 想把时区改成+8:00 不知道怎么整
