Why you need it?

open-local support project-quota.

How it could be?

The scenario is that:

the disk on the node has been formatted (that is, there is an existing file system), and there are multiple disks at the same time.
reduce the performance degradation caused by the lvm multiple device solution

Other related information

kubernetes-sigs/alibaba-cloud-csi-driver support this feature, but it did not support storage capacity awareness scheduling.
