增加删除账号的功能 #234

如题，当需要更换机器或别的什么机器的时候，无法通过插件自身提供的功能进行账号的删除管理。

目前要删除账号的解决办法是：删除

~/.fun/config.yaml
中的相关内容

另外，对于@alicloud/fun 工具的用户信息删除，是删除：

~/.fcli/config.yaml

我也找了半天，目前好像还是没有删除功能
