How to reset Scroll Depth on page navigation?

I created a custom event that triggers on scroll depth change. This works great on the first page load, but whenever I navigate to a separate page it doesn't work anymore. It seems like the scroll depth doesn't reset automatically on history change.

What can I do to reset the scroll depth anytime I have a page view event?
