This is a very big issue, will probably be split in multiple stories

Description

New platform support documentation is online! alkem.io/documentation. This should be used for the Guidance chat, aside from the content on the website (eg blog posts and things about Alkemio may still be relevant).

Acceptance criteria

  • Use new documentation for Guidance chat
  • (keep using the website as well for other content)
  • This should also allow ingesting websites to any other VC bok

LangChain seems to provide most of the utilities needed to ingest a website from a URL.
https://python.langchain.com/docs/how_to/document_loader_web/
The loaders/transformers in the docs are based on BeutifulSoup, but it has been the case before that it is more efficient to use BS directly than through LC's wrappers.

We will need to get a sitemap generated in order to have all available pages but it seems like we have options for that too https://nextra.site/docs/guide/organize-files#usage-with-next-sitemap

Overall this should take a day or two for development and be release ready withing a week.
