[iPad Only] Scrolling to Last User Message Fails from Landscape to Portrait

Description

On iPad only. When switching from landscape to portrait mode, the latest user message does not fully scroll to the top. Instead, it only scrolls partially. This issue does not occur when switching from portrait to landscape mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the app in landscape mode.
2. Chat with the AI by sending a few messages.
3. Rotate the device to portrait mode.
4. Send a new message.

Expected Behavior

• The latest user message should scroll fully to the top of the chat view.

Actual Behavior

• The latest user message only scrolls partially, not reaching the top.
