Unfinishing a PDF has no effect #158

After labelling a PDF and then ticking the 'Finished' box the PDF is correctly removed from the list of PDFs that are unfinished. However when trying to change it back from 'Finished' to 'Unfinished' nothing seems to change, and it will stay 'Finished' no matter what. Seen on a local deployment.
