What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login in IE
2. See icons
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is better that icons are displayed without borders in IE as in Firefox and 
Chrome, but instead they are displayed with borders and this situation is not 
good I think for IE users.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
