Picker as default when no rules is matched

I was wondering if there is a setting for this behavior: BT will check for matching rules, if there is no matching rules or there are conflicts, then the user will be prompted with the picker.
As of version 3.7.3, I only see Browser Picker Mode has 3 options: Never Ask, Ask on conflicts, Always ask. If I choose the second option then the default browser will by chosen if there is no matching rule. If I choose the third option, the picker will always show even if there is a matching rule.
I believe this is has been brought up in #40. Has this option been added? If it has, then how can I enable it? If not, is adding this option planned in future versions?
