See #45. If possible, we should probably use outshine-use-outorg (and maybe we should rename that to outshine-with-outorg, or perhaps make an outorg-with-outorg macro, which seems like the most idiomatic way).

Feel free to make any changes to this piece of code as seems necessary. I tried to isolate the advice mechanism (and introduced bugs in the process...), but removing it completely would be of course way better!
