Have you checked that your feature request isn't already filed?

Description & Motivation

Hi, thank you all!

Good template you habe released!

Given the current version of the al-folio, I think the RSS of Medium has already provided the features of both images and contents randering. However, current template for the posts, the Medium RSS parser only support the content and title, if with images and more imformation, that would be super powerful for writting persons.

Hope to add this feature. But if anyone of developers could tell me how-to, I'm willing to have a try.

Thanks!

Best,

We use jekyll-feed plugin to generate the RSS feed. I believe it already supports some of the things that you might want.

Hi, @george-gca , thanks for your kind reply.

However, I'm still quite confused about how to config the post style, specifically CSS and elements of the content shown in /blog/ list in the page. When we use RSS for Medium, it seems that there is no config field to do this, or I may not understand how-to for setting the RSS fields too render in the page.

Could you please explain it in detail? For example, how can I config the yaml file to show the first image at the /blog/ list with other information, for Medium posts through RSS feed? So sorry for the trouble here. It is very important to me.

Thank you again!

Best,

I think I understood it wrong. What exactly do you want to achieve, and where?
