audio problems and controller buttons dont register

Description

everything worked fine once, except for the fact the audio doesn't sound as it should, it sounds like quest 2 audio on a quest 3. i tried to run it again to see if it'd fix itself, and my controllers connect, except the buttons don't register.

Audio: quest 3 speakers
