Viz in annosidebar for book location and page-number skimming

(There might be a duplicate issue but I couldn't locate it).

Spectrum showing length of book with color-coded episodes, can run cursor over and have given page be a temporarily higher than the other bars and show page number (so can get to any page in the book, instead of just first page of any chapter, from any book page—just like with a print book). This will also visually show how far you are in the book vs. remaining pages.

With #153, show tick marks where you have any bookmarks.

@amandavisconti You might want to take a look at the Page Turner module I wrote for Lacuna Stories: https://github.com/PoeticMediaLab/LacunaStories/tree/master/sites/all/modules/custom/page_turner
It allows for bookmarks, jumping to pages, etc. It doesn't work for multiple nodes, but takes a long document and breaks it up into pages for the user, while keeping the entire node intact for annotations and Drupal's purposes.
