When auto-accept is enabled, ringtone is not played. Do you have a use case where you want agents to be automatically connected to incoming calls after ringtone is played for some time? Could you describe your use case? Thank you.
agents are no longer hearing a "chime" noise when they receive a call. they only hear the whisper. (they use auto accept)
