New std functions

Let's just propose here various functions:

• clipboard_copy/clipboard_paste from https://github.com/rbtylee/AmberResources/blob/main/lib/util/util.ab by @rbtylee

My clipboard stuff is not well-tested. I do not have access to a Mac for one thing. And for another I am testing on Bodhi, xclip is preinstalled, and uninstalling removes Moksha. So I have not yet set up a test VM with xclip uninstalled (doable if I remove the Moksha deb file and install via compilation or use another window manager.

Also, I am not sure glob is a good name for that function. I renamed it is_valid and put it in a glob library in the AmberResources repo. I just have not got around to changing whatever code, examples or in libraries that use it. And at this point, I am not even sure is_valid is a good name.

I like glob because it is the same on python and I think also on nodejs.

I think that date functions are interesting, I think that if you start with those it will be interesting.
For shell color text, I am thinking that requires a Rust module, like the user define the color in a variable in the script and automatically every calls of the function use that color.

@CymDeveloppement We could have dialog functions that fall back to the read command if no GUI or tool for that is available

shell color text use escape sequence, my functions use also bold, italic and foreground color text. all can be concatenated.
for rendering escape sequence, shell command is echo -e i think is not a good idea to use -e option by default. this must be explicit.

I like the extract command that @rbtylee has built. And also the glob feels very unintuitive for me. I feel as it should be named paths_by_patterns(path: Text): [Text] or something similar
