Do you plan to add a feature for tagging customers?

There are 2 types of tags that are needed:
– tags based on product names (in order to send customers well targeted messages)
– tags based on order status (in order to create cart abandon messages)

If I may make a suggestion, how about just send information about the product so that the user can create their own rules on mautic based on the form's data?
