`target_link_system_libraries` might not work with unqouted inputs

When using target_link_system_libraries, sometimes the packages provide both optimized and debug targets.
However, when using

target_link_system_libraries(main PRIVATE ${FOUND_LIBRARIES})

It does not work since the separate optimized/debug values are treated as separate libraries instead of one library.

@aminya Could you give a real example on this? I personally use conan most times and it usually wraps optimized and debug targets into a single target, so I failed to reason how this happens.
