New option to assign the employer to the correspondant default groups

When you stablish the employer of a contact, it automatically creates the organization contact (if it didn't exist before). If would be nice to have a second check, below "Affects API Calls" that allows us to "Affects new Employers Creation".

If you check it, the new created employer will be assigned to the "Default Group for New Contacts".

As a warning note: we must take into account that this creation process can be triggered when we are editing contacts, not only when we are creating them.
