List block - increase spacing between list items to improve readability

Feedback from a user:

A query about line spacing. On this page we have a Section block that is quite difficult to read because of the layout of the text. When editing the page, the text is easier to read and quite clear, but on the published page it gets aligned and evened out, which is what makes it hard to read (see screenshots below). I've had a look on the WordPress blocks page about how to adjust this via adjusting the typography but it looks like it's not possible within the Amnesty WP theme.

@AmnestyAM would we consider this a bug or just an enhancement request?

The workaround I thought of was to make each list item part of a new list block. I.e. instead of one list block with several list items, you have several list blocks with one list item in each one, like this:

It won't work for numbered lists (because they would each start again at 1), so you'd have to change them to bullet point lists instead.

The user has said they'll do that unless we think we can get this changed relatively quickly?
