Video card voltage drops to minimum values with AmneziaClient window open

I use MSI Afterburner to underwalt the video card, and every time I open the Amnezia window and go into any game, the voltages drop to a minimum, respectively the frequency of the video core with fps. This problem only with Amnezia, if you remove the underwalt the problem will be solved, but I am not satisfied with this option.
By the way, it helps to close and open the Amnezia client while the game is running.
I reinstalled drivers, system, does not help.
