A real "Dark mode" Theme

Hello,

While personnaly I'm not a big fan of dark mode (I prefer to work in a well enlightned environment), the absence of a real Dark mode can be prejudicious to adoption (well, I know some developers that don't eben take a try if no dark mode). I tried the Jupyter Dark mode, let's say if half works : some components ( I guess the standard Jupyter ones) are translated, other aren't.

Have received this feedback a while ago. It will come some day for sure but I tend to focus on functionality for now even though it would be a good addition.

Actually the Jupyter Dark Contrast mode shouldn't be made available, that's an oversight. As you noted it's not really usable at the moment :s
