retrieve named ranges on excel/ods files by name with a drop down menu

Named ranges are very useful on Excel, especially when the workbook is more complex than just a table. We use tool for a lot of templates.(like invoices..)

it's basically a bunch of cells together that you can name :

I would like to retrieve the named ranges just like we retrieve sheets (maybe with a radio button sheets/named ranges).
