Carat is not available right now in the App Store and there is no ipa available.
Since the app is free and open, I think you could provide an ipa for download legally and sign it to install using Itunes.

We'll be putting it back up on the store in the next week or so. There was
an issue that needed fixing. We don't really have the manpower or time to
deal with alternative distribution channels at the moment. Sorry!
