Does the library have support for identifying which events are throttled

1. I am facing throttling issues when using Amplitude, seems to be security feature of Amplitude.
2. But how do I know which devices and which user ids are getting throttled ?

and I am planning to use useBatch feature, what if it exceeds limits how do I identify the failed events

is there any interface for this ?

Yes the useBatch upload is the best way to push many events in bulk and avoid throttling.
